Director Case Management
Open$31 to $41/hour DOE
Requirements: A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing within an acute care setting. Experience with Interqual or Milliman with background in both clinical nursing and at least two years of management experience within the Case Management/Utilization Review. Demonstrated experience in responding to the needs of multiple departments, strong problem analysis, project management and oral/written presentation experience are also required. Common Sense, customer service, knowledge of regulatory standards and reimbursement issues are necessary in order to be successful within this most critical area of expertise


Position Description: Director Case Management: As a Director of Case Management you will be responsible to the activities of specifically assigned Nurse Case Managers serving all clinical areas within an acute care hospital. This outstanding opportunity will afford numerous occasions to demonstrate skills in leadership and strategic development of programs in support of Case Management. Management toward achieving quality out comes, reducing costs and promoting the implementation of the highest standards of practice will be hallmarks of the position of Director of Case Management Services
